If saving money is your goal, make sure your read all the fine print so you know exactly what you are getting. Some of the survey software products sound enticing by talking about a low monthly fee. However, make sure you read the terms of service. Two of popular survey software companies have their monthly and yearly cost featured predominately on their websites. At first glance, they look extremely cost-effective. It’s only when you click around to find the terms of service page (which are not so easy to find) you discover that your credit card is billed that monthly fee until you cancel!
In other words, you could end up paying for something you are not using. Think about it. One employee signs up for the survey tool, uses it, then leaves the company, goes on maternity leave, gets assigned to a different department or simply gets too busy to remember to cancel. It happens. And, then an initial inexpensive survey ends up costing more in the long run.
Our advice? Spend the time to think about how you will use the product. Don’t just do a little research—really dig deep to make sure you are comparing apples to apples—and hopefully you’ll then realize the benefits of using Ennect!
